I have been using your site to download drivers software for my IBM printer and am so frustrated! For a start I can’t download your driver detective program – I am not very good at computers and although I clicked the download now button, I can’t find where it has downloaded to! I gave up on that and figured I would be able to find my printer drivers on another part of your site. But apart from that detective program I cannot find any information on your site about how to download the drivers I need!

Please let me know what I am supposed to do! I need very clear instructions about how to download your program or some other way of finding the software I need to make my printer work! Why does everything on computers have to be so complicated? I hope you will be able to get back to me quickly.
